In recent years, a trend has emerged of increased business travel by professional women. In fact, statistics now indicate 47% of women who travel, travel for business.  As they become an increasingly significant portion of the travel market, hospitality service providers will be called upon to meet the distinct needs and priorities of women business travelers.  In particular, the survey summarized here collected information on the views, opinions and needs of women business travelers as they relate to hotel safety and security.  Read the survey:
